Mr Andy Ojei is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as well as a Fellow and Council Member of The Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria and has over 28 years of experience in the financial sector.

Mr Ojei served as an Executive Director of Zenith Bank (until 2013) in charge of Internal Control and Audit; Human Resources/Capital; Credit Risk Management; Domestic Operations and Brand & Market Risk. Prior to this he also set up the first offshore subsidiary for Zenith Bank in Ghana as Managing Director (winning bank of the year in 2008). In addition, he pioneered the set up of the bank’s branches in Ibadan and Abuja.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos and an MBA from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology. Mr Ojei has also attended courses at Wharton Philadelphia and San Francisco, Euromoney in London and INSEAD.
